You’ve got a pattern dowloaded but you don’t have a sewing machine, right? No worries. You can sew it all by hand. It’s slower, but will come out very nice if you take your time. This is a nice instructional video. Obviously this works just as well for an 18 inch doll clothes as it does in this example. Remember, practice makes perfect…
